January 17 Marks the Launch of “Agri Expo” at Cairo International Convention Center, Nasr City
The 11th edition of the International Exhibition and Conference for Agricultural Supplies, “Agri Expo 2026,” will kick off from January 17 to 19, 2026, at its new venue, the Cairo International Convention Center (CICC) in Nasr City. The move reflects the significant expansion of the exhibition and reaffirms its position as the largest specialized agricultural exhibition in the Middle East.
Cairo Expo for Marketing and the International Marketing Company, the organizers of the event, announced that the decision to relocate to the new venue comes in response to the continued success of Agri Expo over previous editions, alongside the notable increase in the number of exhibitors and participating international delegations.
The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and the Ministry of Environment, with support from the Export Council for Chemical Industries and Fertilizers and the General Organization for Exhibitions and Conferences, which provides technical and organizational support for international buyer delegations.
Largest International Buyers’ Delegation
Agri Expo 2026 will host its largest international buyers’ delegation since its inception, bringing together representatives from numerous countries worldwide. This is expected to strengthen Egypt’s position as a regional hub for agricultural exhibitions and support efforts to open new export markets for Egyptian companies.
Reasons Behind the Move to Nasr City
The organizers explained that relocating the exhibition to the Cairo International Convention Center was driven by several factors, most notably the expansion of exhibition space to accommodate the growing number of exhibitors and international visitors, ease of access from all governorates due to its central location, proximity to government institutions and decision-makers, and the availability of advanced infrastructure suitable for major international events. In addition, free transportation services will be provided for visitors from within Cairo and across all governorates.
An Integrated Platform for Agricultural Supplies
Agri Expo 2026 serves as a key platform connecting Egyptian companies with their global counterparts in sectors including fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, greenhouses, plastic covers, irrigation systems, and agricultural machinery, offering direct opportunities to conclude deals and expand export activities.
Participation of Leading Companies
The upcoming edition will witness broad participation from major Egyptian and international companies, including Quweisna for Agricultural Development, KZ – Kafr El Zayat for Pesticides and Chemicals, Al Safa Fertilizers and Chemicals, AgroSafe Chemicals, Stra Agrochemicals, and New Motors (El-Khouly & Abu Freikha), in addition to national pavilions representing China, India, and Turkey.
Scientific Events and Free Services
The exhibition will be accompanied by a scientific conference and specialized panel discussions, featuring a distinguished group of consultants and experts from Egypt and abroad. A dedicated consultation pavilion will also host more than 100 agricultural experts covering various crops, providing free consultations and answering visitors’ inquiries.
Moreover, the organizers will offer free direct transportation to the exhibition gates from within Cairo and all governorates, supporting wider participation from farmers, traders, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
